Returns + Exchanges

Returns

Miss Fashion Cents does not accept returns unless we are at fault (wrong size sent, damaged item, etc) Damaged items are very rare as we perform quality checks before shipping. Final sale and swimwear items are not eligible for return. If we are at fault, you must contact us within 7 days after USPS as updated the package to "Delivered" status. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us immediately at orders@ninedees.com

Cancels

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after order is placed unless the order has already shipped. Because we strive to ship items in a timely manner, please e-mail us ASAP to cancel an order.

Exchanges

Final sale items, swimwear, and other styles marked as "No Exchanges" are not eligible for exchange. Shipping fees for returning and resending will be paid for by the customer unless the reason for exchange is our fault (damaged, wrong size sent, etc)

Exchanges are accepted if the item is unworn and unwashed and if desired size is available. Any signs of wear (perfume, stains, etc) will deem the item ineligible and it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If the desired size isn't available, the customer will receive store credit unless we are at fault. If a customer is eligible for a refund, the customer must contact us within 7 days days after item is updated as delivered by USPS. We reserve the right to deny an exchange for any damaged or worn items. Please try on items with undergarments and do not remove any original tagging.  To avoid the hassle of exchanging, please look over our sizing chart and sizing notes for each desired style.
